Kate has been with Camp Victory since 2018, first as Camp Director, and as Executive Director in April 2024. Kate has been a Camp Victory camper and counselor, and also a leader of Camp JRA (a camp for kids with arthritis). Kate works directly with our Board of Trustees on short- and long-term planning—overseeing the Camp’s financial strength and growth. Well known in the community to neighbors and supporters, Kate is the face of Camp Victory, leading in our daily commitment to accomplish our mission.

Gail has been working at Camp Victory since 2000. Gail works year round to ensure that Partner Camps and other groups are guaranteed a great experience. Gail is the eyes and ears of our campus, handling all camp-related operations—including leading kitchen staff, managing volunteers and working with numerous vendors.

Michael has more than 25-years experience in partnership marketing, communications and revenue generation. He has worked for non-profit and corporate organizations in the cultural attraction, education and hospitality industries in the metro New York, Chicago and Scranton markets.

A retired game warden who has been at Camp Victory since 2022, Bill is an accomplished wildlife program administrator, educator and public speaker with the Pennsylvania Game Commission. He has 20+ years of experience in wildlife management. Bill leads our Nature Center lessons, instructs at archery and when called upon, trades in his field jacket for an apron to cook in the dining hall!

Mike has been working at Camp Victory since 2013. Mike enjoys working at the challenge course.

Brian is our “fishing guy”! He helps campers prepare their fishing poles, hook their worms and remove their catch. Brian will also share fishing and hunting stories with all interested parties! He began here as a camper with Camp Spifida. Brian can be found assisting at many of our special events!

John is one of our part-time maintenance team members. John helps us out all around camp.

Jim is one of our part-time maintenance team members. Jim helps us all around camp.

Jamie has been with Camp Victory for nearly two decades. She started as a lifeguard and now, as now, as waterfront director, oversees lifeguard staffing and training. Jamie is also a teacher in the Central Columbia School District.

Karen has been at Camp Victory since 2009. She works with our partner camps to ensure that campers have fun creating new crafts while at Camp Victory.
